    • Support can be provided over the phone or remotely through our Remote Desktop solution that allows us to connect to your device over the internet, with no client installation.
  • Access to purchase Additional Services
    • M365 Licences, managed email signatures etc.
  • First Hour included per call (charged per 15 mins thereafter)
  • Out of Hours available (charged per 15 mins).

Remote with Endpoint Management

If you require that extra bit of security and peace of mind, along with reliable remote support we will also install our Endpoint Management Client on your device. This allows us to monitor your device's health 24/7 and use policies to help them stay safe, secure and running at their best!
