We offer Tiered Support Packages tailored for professional people who may be Working from Home, Self-employed, Sole Traders or Small / Independent Businesses and would like access to reliable IT Support. 


We also offer Remote Only Support. This is the perfect solution if your work requires you to be out and about, or traveling to different locations on a regular basis and you want the comfort of knowing that if your IT starts misbehaving, you have someone you can turn to.

1. Direct Loss of Revenue

Based on average UK day rates, losing a day of work can represent a direct losses in billable income:

  • Self-Employed / Sole Trader upwards of £350 a day

If equipment failure leads to data corruption or loss, the costs escalate. Under GDPR, businesses have a legal obligation to protect personal data. If a hardware failure results in a data breach or the permanent loss of client records, you could face fines from the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Definitions...

Onboarding Visit

When you first sign up, we will arrange a short onboarding visit. This is a one-off site visit that allows allows us to go through your requirements and equipment and to install our management client which we use to monitor device health and keep them up to date. Our management client is Datto RMM.

Devices

A device that you may use for your business, such as laptops/desktops, printers and smartphones. Support will be provided to the best of our ability without breaching the manufacturers warranty. If we are unable to resolve an issue, you may be directed to the manufacturer for further support.

Remote Support

Where possible we will support you remotely which will allow for the quickest possible response times. This will allow you to get back to running your business as soon as possible. To assist with this, we use a remote support system from ISL Online.

On-site Support

If your issue is not resolvable through remote support we will arrange an on-site visit to try and get you back up and running. On-site visits have a call-out charge and there may be additional charges depending on the issue.

Support Costs

Bronze Tier receives no discount is applied to the hourly rate. Silver Tier receives a 10% discount on the hourly rate and Gold Tier receives a 20% discount on the hourly rate. A discounted day rate (8 hours) is also available if the job requires a longer amount of time to resolve.
