At DC Computing Ltd, we understand how important your devices are to you. What we offer is Peace of Mind IT Support. Think of it like the roadside support equivalent for your company devices.  From as little as £10 a month per device, we will provide technical support when you need it. Bronze

For £10 per device, per month, you will receive:

  • Onboarding Visit
  • Initial response within 8 working hours
  • Remote Support - 5 Hours included in monthly cost
  • On-site Support. Each on-site visit will be subject to a £20 call-out charge.
    • Standard hourly rate

Silver

 For £12.50 per device, per month, you will receive:

  • Onboarding Visit
  • Initial response within 4 working hours
  • Remote Support - 10 hours included in monthly cost.
  • On-site Support - Your first 5 on-site visits each month will have no call-out charge.
    • 10% Discount on hourly rate.

Gold

 For £15 per device, per month, you will receive:

  • Onboarding Visit
  • Initial response within 1 working hours
  • Remote Support - Unlimited remote support
  • On-site Support. There is no call-out charge for on-site visits. 
    • 20% Discount on hourly rate.

Definitions...

Onboarding Visit

When you first sign up, we will arrange a short onboarding visit. This is a one-off site visit that allows allows us to go through your requirements and equipment and to install our management client which we use to monitor device health and keep them up to date. Our management client is Datto RMM.

Devices

A device that you may use for your business, such as laptops/desktops, printers and smartphones. Support will be provided to the best of our ability without breaching the manufacturers warranty. If we are unable to resolve an issue, you may be directed to the manufacturer for further support.

Remote Support

Where possible we will support you remotely which will allow for the quickest possible response times. This will allow you to get back to running your business as soon as possible. To assist with this, we use a remote support system called ISL Online.

On-site Support

If your issue is not resolvable through remote support we will arrange an on-site visit to try and get you back up and running. On-site visits have a call-out charge of £20 and may have additional charges depending on the issue.

Support Costs

Hourly rates are based on the subscribed tier. Silver Tier receives a 10% discount on the hourly rate and Gold Tier receives a 20% discount on the hourly rate. A discounted day rate (8 hours) is also available if the job requires a longer amount of time to resolve.
